These guys are simply the best weve used the big guys and they cant compare.

Homestar said my review did not match their criteria when I first posted it. Not sure what else they needed to rate this moving company. I sent the copy of moving bill, all details, my work email, list of items that were lost etc. but this moving company somehow did not get my review attached. If you end up hiring Tender Touch Moving company, make sure take photos of each open box, then close it, number it and take photo, make a list. Otherwise many items will go missing especially if you have moving in scheduled after some time and wherever they store your items may not have proper system in place. I even launched an insurance claim but the person incharge at the company resigned, and muly claim files went with him conveniently. That claim did not even result in anything. I left a review here but Homestar ended up removing it. I'm in law enforcement career since last 20 years, moved many times in last 2 decades and have not seen a moving company this careless.

We used these guys to move from our current house to a storage unit and then storage to our new unit a few weeks later. Maria was incredibly helpful and thorough from the moment we were quoted to the day the moves happened. The movers (Ozzie, Christian, Eddy and one other whose name I didn't catch) were very professional and efficient. They went above in beyond and never once complained about moving in the scorching heat. We will definitely use them again in the future.

I used Tender Touch for my move a little bit ago.. They were great! even the keys to my new house were delayed by hours and the actual movers totally understood as well as the staff at the office. Huge shout out to Maria that made a very stressful day go smooth! I would highly recommend !

It was great right from the start. The booking office were great and acomidated a change in move time. The movers were great and efficient and very pleasant to work with. In previous moves I always helped but this time is was a break for my back thanks to the quick and efficient work. Would definitely recommend Tender Touch Movers to any one who need to move there home.

I am very happy with the professional moving and packing services provided for moving a 4 bedroom house. On time and they came a bit under than what originally estimated. I would highly recommend.

Very professional movers. Have used before, will use again. Had an elevator conflict moving into an apartment, but they worked with the situation and the other movers and were able to get us moved in.

The guys were very quick and packed everything carefully. Nothing ended up broken or damaged in any way.
