Outside Deck & Inside Lighting and Fan replacement Dan was prompt, eager and provided good advice on work to be done. He successfully completed the task within the expected time frame and covered all our general work tasks. Good demeanor and attitude about his work. I would highly recommend him to friends and his prices are reasonable given his efficient nature.

kitchen renovation This is the third time we've used Handyman Dan, and every time he's been fantastic! He took us through almost a full kitchen renovation and the experience was painless. He can do everything, and I do mean everything, and does it neatly, quickly and carefully. We now have a kitchen that looks like a million bucks, for a fraction of what we hear other people have spent! We're delighted and will definitely be using Dan again, if we can get him (he's busy but worth the wait)!

Handyman Dan Does it Again!

Huge to-do-list This is the 3rd or 4th time that Dan has helped us. This time, we had a massive to-do list, including some plumbing, electrical jobs, maintenance & cleaning, and outdoor water diversion. Once again, Dan was awesome. Dan is our lifesave

remodelled our kitchen Dan took our old very outdated kitchen and installed a new one for us, tiles, sink, cupboards and counters. We love having Dan do any work in our house for us because he is so honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Our kitchen is now a dream!! It looks wonderful and I have had so many compliments on it! As always, Dan did an amazing job and puts up with our nosey Jack Russell who just loves to help him out. We will always use Dan. As my husband says, "just call Dan, we know it will be done right"! Thanks Dan for another amazing job!!!

Dan is a Godsend

variety of small jobs Dan was a delight to deal with. He arrived on time, was happy to do the collection of odd jobs we'd amassed and made helpful suggestions. He worked efficiently and carefully and didn't mind our "helpful" Cavalier King Charles Spaniels cheering him up as he worked.
I'd have given him a 10 rating just for all that, but the next day, when we had an emergency plumbing problem, i called him in a panic and he returned my call really quickly. His van was in for repair, but he said if we couldn't get someone, he'd find a way to get here and help.

The only problem with Dan is that because he has such high recommendations, he's booked up well in advance.

drywall, tiling dan was prompt, efficient, thorough, precise, honest, and very reasonably priced; couldn't be more satisfied. He arrived on time, went to work immediately on a number of projects, including tiling, dry walling and dismantling old shelves and installing new ones. He did everything with expert skill and was friendly and considerate. He cleaned up after, and left us happy customers. I would recommend him to anyone who wants handy work done around their house.

Dan was excellent

installed toilet and sink and changed electrical I got Dan's name from Homestars and was a little concerned because I personally didn't know anyone who had used him before. But after reading his reviews, I gave him a try. He installed a toilet, sink and did some electrical and he did a great job. He is very courteous, polite and neat. He bring his own shop vac to clean, which is a bonus and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for quality service.

The Handyman Dan was a star

difficult installation of dining room lamp + We had a difficult lamp installation which required the moving of a pendant lamp to a new spot in the dining room but which became even more complicated because of some problem wires (we now understand why the wires sparked before Dan got there!) Dan not only fixed the problem but was able to set up the light perfectly - not an easy task because of the nature of the lamp itself, which required a lot of tweaking and adjustment. He was careful and meticulous in everything and left the place spotless. Dan guided us on other electrical issues in the house and was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of home renovation. We are going to be using him again in the Spring for a number of other projects, some of them major - he's a find!
