Replacing an exterior door I called on the very busy Mark to help me replace an exterior door that was there since the house was built. He was kind enough to call me back and forward me to his supplier. The door had to be special ordered, so I did have to wait for a while before it could be installed. Luckily (for me and the installation team) the warm weather held and Mark and his team (another Mark and Amir) came in the morning and finished the job by the early afternoon. They even noticed an area of concern (a part of the external wall was cracking) and made a quick effort to seal it up as best they could.

Even though I'll still make my variety of phone calls and get a few quotes on future projects, Mark is promised that he will definitely be one of the 1st people I'll call.

On another level, Mark is friendly, confident, and straight forward. Great work, guys.

Alan, the builder was exceptional

Built a fireplace mantle Alan from Total Renovations who is the sole owner changed the look of our family room when he tore down the wall that only had a shelf and built a beautiful white mantle with fancy pillars on sides and around the mantle managed to match the exact floor file with the tiling around the fireplace.

Sunroom renovation, landscaping, other renovations We needed a sunroom pretty well totally redone and mark's estimate was one of the best and the work done was great. While here we had him do several other smaller projects that had been hanging around and all turned out very well. mark has good people working for him and he is on site on a regular basis to make sure you are happy with things.

Mark the Owner was exceptional

kitchen renovation Besides the excellent work done, what was most impressive was that Mark gave us an estimated 'time' of the project and kept his word. Project was finished as promised, his men were helpful and courteous and ON TIME every morning - no disappearing during the day or failing to show up! The granite counter and kitchen cupboards are terrific - work very very satisfactory. Only wish we had our floor replaced as Mark suggested. Next time - will definitely use Total Renovations again.
