Not Impressed. - respond

“Having never gone through a home renovation I paid these guys everything upfront. Bad idea. They charged me A LOT of money for the leveling of my floor. Then they didn't show up one day. When they returned to work they were in a rush to get it done so they decided not to level the bedrooms saying "it should be fine". Then why did I pay you all that money for it??!!! They told me before they started work they would cover everything with tarps to protect it from dust. No tarps were used when they started and dust was all over my appliances. I talked to them about it, they apologized. Then I asked them if I should move my clothes out of the bedroom closet so they wouldn't be covered in dust, they said it would be fine, or they would move them themselves. It wasn't fine, nothing was moved, my clothes were completely coated in dust. They dinged up my walls, one of my baseboards has a huge chunk missing from it, and there is a big gap at my front door where they didn't put a transition strip because it didn't fit. They never addressed or resolved any of these issues, and why would they? They already had my $6500. NOT IMPRESSED.”
