Poor Customer Service - respond
“I purchased hardwood floors from Woodpecker Hardwood floors in 2001. They were over 4 weeks late in installing my floor. I constantly had to check up on them and harass them in order to get any information as to what was happening with the delay. In order to accomodate for this lateness they did end up providing the baseboards for free. The overall end product was very nice and dramatically increased the resale value of my apartment. That said, because of their poor customer service, I would not work with them again and would not recommend them. ”

Woodpecker is for the birds - respond
“We had to get the Better Business Bureau involved and and engineering firm. Poor work standards - the boards were not flush with the wall. It took over a year to get this resolved. Watch out for Woodpecker.”

Worst job ever! - respond
“The floors were recommended by the company, knowing we had children and dogs. The floors were ruined because they did not stand up (within weeks) but company refused any responsibility. We are now replacing floors at our cost.”
