Awesome Service again
“These guys are so good this is my second 'thumbs up' for them. Last time I used them, I was pregnant, this time I called because my now-1 1/2 year old threw something down the toilet and blocked it completely. Again, Jerry and then Paul were on time, polite and professional. They gave us some recommendations on further improvements to make to our toilets and an idea on how to stop leaks in the basement. They could have quoted me thousands of dollars to damp-proof it but instead told me that getting someone to pour cement would be our best bet. I appreciate their honesty.”

Rooter Man are exceptional for service and price. Totally impressed.
“These guys were recommended by our house inspector and were EXCELLENT. Paul came out on a Sunday - DID NOT CHARGE despite being there an hour because he could not get through the blockage. Second guy Lonnie came out on Tuesday and got through and then recommended the camera guy to come and double check what the problem is afterwards so we can make sure it doesn't happen again. I'm 7 months pregnant and really appreciated the fact that they both Paul and Lonnie took their shoes on and off (and on and off and on and off) each time they went down to the basement and also cleaned up most of the muck after they'd finished. Great guys, great price. $159 all-in.”

Homegrown service with a smile
“I had been given a quote from another company and decided to get a second quote. I had put a snake in my main drain and it had to be retreived. Rooter Man came on a sunday morning at no extra charge retrived the snake, snaked the drain professionally at a very reasonable price of $175.00. The other company I called wanted to dig out the cement break into the pipe and fix the hole for a price of 1350.00 plus tax. I would definately tell anyone with an issue to go to Rooter Man. They are a family business with a heart of professional gold. I am indebted to them. I will call for maintenance issues with my sewer and have no reservations about recommending them to anyone home or business. Thank-you. You are our saviours.”

Gerry & his team were fast & highly efficient.
“After a flooded basement revealed that our new house had drainage issues, Gerry (and his team) were very quick to come out, assess the problem and fix the problem. He took his time to explain the problems thoroughly as well as the solution. He was incredibly efficient and we would certainly refer him to anyone who might need his services.”
