A little expensive - respond

Dryer Repair We hired this company to fix our Kenmore dryer. The dryer is under 3 years old, and is out of the warranty period. The dryer was working, but not heating up. We had this company out, and they fixed it. They told me over the phone when I set up the appointment that they charge $59 for an estimate, but that charge would be taken away if we ended up letting them fix the dryer. The charge was taken away, but was just added into the labor fee. So, it wasn't really taken away. Anyways, they did a good job fixing the dryer, but I probably would hire someone a little cheaper next time.
