I have used Kodiak to install my security systems on 3 new houses now. Worked with Jeff every time and he was professional and provided best options. His team of installers always arrived when they were supposed to and did good quality work with the pre-wire and final install. Now 10 years in my current home and only one issue to date....a failed motion sensor, which was promptly replaced no charge by Kodiak.

Kodiak has installed our alarm system and it has been monitored by them since the beginning (10 years ago). They are very helpfull over the phone with solving problems, and seldom had to come out to fix anything on site. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Kodiak offers a comprehensive home alarm system that fits all of my needs. They have been very responsive - especially when we forget how to arm the system. The best thing is that our monthly rates have not increased in 9years!
