I am completely happy and satisfied with Regional Factory Parts & Service. I trust them and will call on and recommend them again in future. Their prices are very reasonable, fair and have saved me hundreds in new appliances. Since 2022, I have called upon their expertise and service 5 times. Most recently, Johnny came to the rescue again to repair a true lemon GE dryer, I purchased in 2021 from CAS. On one occasion, the drum needed to be taken out. That dryer has been overhauled completely. Each time, Regional has come, the service is professional, timely and all is left as clean as when they arrived. They are professional experts who are friendly, pleasant, and have never hesitated to answer my questions. I have met several other technicians from Regional and have always been pleased. In the office, Pascal and Sue are extremely helpful when I have called for information or referrals. If there is an unexpected delay in approximate arrival time, friendly Sue updates :)

Completely unprofessional, the repair person was rude, aggressive and disrespectful, and I felt unsafe having them in my house. There are dozens of credible and reliable appliance repair companies in Ottawa, do yourself a favour and save the time and money and book a more competent and reliable company to do the work.

Error code on Bosch dishwasher showed blocked drain. I took it apart as best I could but could not see any blockage so, on the reference of Scheel in Packenham I called these guys. Terry came and logically traced every possible place it could have happened, It took a long time but eventually was resolved. The blockage was between the washer and the sink drain. He talked me through every step. It was obvious that he had a lot of experience to share. Most grateful to have it working again. Thanks Terry!!

My 4 month old Bosch fridge started making dying cow noises, as described by their technician. Over the next 5 months, Regional Factory sent 4 different techs to fix the issues. Each tech ordered different parts, saying that the previous technician's diagnosis was wrong and the parts they had ordered were not the problem. The last tech installed a 'noise dampening' kit made by GE, and then sent a report to Bosch stating the issues were fixed. I sure hope they didnt void my Bosch warranty by installing General Electric parts. Bosch has now authorized a different company to do the repair. Meanwhile, Im not sure where all those extra parts went, they definitely were not installed in my fridge. I suspect they kept all the Bosch parts they ordered. Im out $250 in spoiled food etc, not to mention the time wasted waiting on a tech to show up 5 separate times to accomplish nothing.

My Fridge ice maker needed fixed. This was covered under extended warranty, the warranty company sent Regional Factory Parts & Service inc. After the repair was completed we noticed a dent in the fridge door that could have only been made by the repair man moving the fridge. The repair man also did not notify us of the damage. When we contacted RFPS they denied the claim and asked for pictures which we provided, then never replied to our email.

Went in looking for a part that was obsolete. After much conversation and looking at several types of in stock drum bearing. 2 people helping me and found me one that worked great and was 20 dollars not the samsung one for 80. Thanx regional factory

When our 4 to 5 year-old microwave oven stopped working, we wanted to see if it could be repaired rather than having all that electronic end up in a landfill. However, it turns out that not very many appliance repair shops in Ottawa will repair microwaves. Regional Factory Parts & Service might be the only one at the moment. We're glad we found these people. When we brought it in, the technician made an educated guess of what the problem was (broken door keys) and he was right. It got repaired in less than a week at a cost way below the cost of a new microwave. Well worth the trip from Kanata to Antares Drive in Nepean.

They were rude on the phone, with tone, explainations as to why I have to take a day off work etc They were late by several hours, understandable things happen, however, a quick call from their client services department could would have made a world of difference. The repairman was rude to me by explaining to me how my oven works, its a basic model. Nothing difficult to ensure its turned on and heat the food to the appropriate temperature.
