Denca Cabinets are my Heros! We moved to Calgary about five years ago and the cabinets in our home seem of very good quality but I don't know the cabinet maker. Recently a small drawer in one of the walk-in closets was damaged by misuse. I phoned several repair companies and no one was interested in the repair and I was told larger companies only repair their own cabinets. Quite discouraged, I finally called Denca Cabinets. I know they are a top notch custom cabinet maker and so I didn't really expect them to be interested in my small job, but I thought they may know someone who would be. Imagine my surprise when the friendly professional who answered the phone asked me a few details and then said to bring the drawer over. I jumped in the car and drove over right away and experienced the greatest customer service experience of my entire life!! Two knowledgeable and friendly women looked at the broken drawer and had Tyler the Production Manager come out. He looked at the drawer, suggested a fix, and together they worked out a solution right there! I had just enough time to examine all the custom cabinet kitchens they have on display before heading home with my perfectly repaired drawer. (I was in awe of their cabinet display. They covered all styles and each was gorgeous. ) I left knowing if I ever need new cabinets I will go straight to Denca. They certainly deserve the excellent ratings they have!! Thank you to the two wonderful ladies who helped set things in motion (I apologize I didn't get your names) and to Tyler. You are my heros.

We went out to a few companies for proposals and pricing to supply and install kitchen cabinets and countertops for a renovation in our thirty year old home. We saved our visit to Denca until last, having regarded them as a high end option that we might not be able to afford. We met with Shelley, and her design was indeed heads and shoulders above the rest. To our surprise, the price was right - exceptionally good value! Throughout the renovation, we received tremendous service and support from Shelley and her team with design and colour selection, plumbing and electrical fixture selection and a multitude of other details that went into our wonderful new kitchen. The whole Denca team was a pleasure to work with, and came in on time and on budget. Their attention to detail is amazing, and they’re not satisfied until everything is right. We highly recommend this top-notch local company.

Responses were either slow or non-existent. Wish I hadn’t been strung along for a month if they weren’t interested in the business. Sales person says my 4th email magically went to junk after receiving my first 3.

Denca came on a recommendation from a neighbor and were so great to work with. The workmanship was excellent and they were so professional at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

We were impressed with Denca from beginning to completion of our renovations through their commitment to excellence; in design, workmanship & selection of staff and subcontractors. The project was delivered on time with no surprises on cost.

From Shelley in Sales to Kathy in Scheduling to George who completed the work, the service from Denca Cabinets was exceptional. I would highly recommend Denca to anyone looking to redo their cabinetry or complete service work.

Several years ago denca designed and installed a kitchen for us , at 123 Lake Tahoe Place S.E. , a brilliant job and we were absolutely delighted with the result . Four years ago we moved to 120 Park Estates Place S.E. Recently our pull-out pantry has been very noisy and not tracking properly , rendering it useless . I decided to give denca a call , and Cathy , the Service Manager, who was extremely responsive and helpful , sent denca technician Darren out to look at it. Denca designd and built the kitchen cabinets in our new home in 2000. This month a new fridge wouldn't fit in the old space as the appliances have been increased in height by about 2 inches. Phoned and dropped in to speak with Kathy. She took immediate ownership as we emphasized the cupboard doors needed to be reduced in size, not replaced because of colour mismatch risks. She consulted with Heidi and we signed off on a plan right then. Darren removed the doors and melamene box, replaced them today. We're absolutely delighted again, 20 years later.

our denca kitchen cabinets have served us well but were getting a bit loose and out of alignment.we called Denca to see if they would do an repair for us. they were quick to respond and their technician George did an excellent job adjusting them. it was not an easy repair because the original hardware is not readily available so he had to be creative when making the adjustments. I was very impressed with his professionalism and creative approach to problem solving. Richard
