5 stars! We reached out to Union Pumps after questioning the previous and current work of another local company. We are new to the problems that can arise with wells and Union Pumps took the time to educate us and as took care of what needed to be done in an incredibly efficient and cost conscious manner. We are so grateful that we reached out to them and we just can't say enough good things about their service.

Union Pumps put a water softener system in my home 25 years ago. Recently I had them back to replace the system with more current equipment. I didn't even bother to get quote first. This company is very reputable, they are expert in their field. I will confidently continue to recommend them to friends and family.

I had a new well and needed a complete new pump\tank system. Brent came highly recommended from multiple friends who had work done. I agree they are really busy (probably because their prices are so reasonable). In the end I am pleased with the system and the service.

Knowledgeable employees but they're very busy. Good luck trying to get them to your house within the month. Then once they arrive, the work is done quickly but don't expect them to clean up after themselves. I found electrical tape and pieces of pipe in various places inside and outside. I called an electrician to finish the hookup and he mentioned that the electrical cable they used was too small for the 3/4hp pump. It will last for 2yrs at least. After that is unknown. Still, I think Union pumps is one of the better installers out there.
