We recently had our fireplace repaired through this company. It was difficult to get them to return my call however when they finally did and arrived they were very apologetic and fixed it. I never received a repair bill for their service though...Horray!

I paid for the Wett Inspection, never received the report. They were 3 1/2 hours late. They do not return phone calls or e-mails after 2 months of frustration I contacted another inspection and fit excellent service. I would not recommend Norfolk Fireplace and Vac to my worse enemy ! Without a doubt the least professional business I have ever dealt with !!!
