The folks at Dickson Pro Hardware are extremely helpful. No matter how small the request or how simple the question they are always informative, patient and helpful. They also have an excellent selection of high-quailty BBQs at very competitive prices. I just ordered a BBQ last week and it was delivered right on time and installed in about 10 minutes by two knowledgeable young men. I would recommend Dickson to all my neighbours!

I needed supplies for a project to capture methane gas released by decomposing biomass in a bio reactor. The people at Dickson Pro Hardware were very helpful with finding the pipes and containers that I needed. I would defiantly go here for my next project.

Purchase a new b-b-q from this store while at the home shoe. Store manager was on site at the home show. Was very porfessional in his presentation about the bbs's he had to offer. With all the clear and well explaind info as to our needs, selected a great Weber bbp. Delivered and ste up prompltly as promised. Highly recomented. Store carries all the parts for a quick repair as wlll.

Went to Dickson HH because they have always provided great advice and their products are always top notch. I have been going to this store for over 8 years and will continue to go there because of their great product knowledge. I wish more stores had the mom and pop feeling. Note: I bought 7 gallons of premium paint for my house.

My bbq was shooting flames from the bottom - NOT good. Phil came out and went over everything. we ordered a new burner which was on waranty and helped me get everything back in perfect working order. Great service!

Dickson Home Hardware carries items that are sometimes hard to find in the large box stores. Items can be bought in any amount as opposed to in packages. The sales people are knowledgable and helpful.

The knowledgeable staff at Dickson's are first rate. They are always friendly, informative and very patient in answering my many questions. (Why would I ever shop at a big box store? Seldom can you find anyone to ask questions, and when you do, they don't know the answers.) Also they're open till 9pm on weekdays, which is convenient.

It is a good choice company offering the BBQ equipment. Before, I was using an old fashion equipment which consumes a lot of energy. However, after I was introduced to this new BBQ equipment, I began to love having BBQ outside because it is much cleaner and fuel efficient.
