Like always from sales to installation everything was fast and easy. Our technician Ken explained everything clear, so that wr feel comfortable. We researched many security companies before we chose Telsco. For the price they offer a great service. We had a problem with one of our old sensors that was installed 25 years ago by a different security company. We had false alarms because of this sensor. Telsco sent out a tech and he diagnosed and fixed the problem in a very short time. There was no additional charge for this. We have been very pleased with their service and really like the fact that they are a local company. We are very happy with the service and response from Telsco and it's representatives. We set off our alarm and promptly receive a call from Telsco to check on us and our system. Recently, the internet was down. Shaw took one week to respond with sending someone out, while Telsco was notified and they scheduled Mohammed for approximately an hour after being reconnected to the internet. Awesome job!! Also, to note, having the same couple of Telsco representatives speaks loudly for the company. Since our installation of the security system, we any problems being dealt with has been with the same service reps --- so Telsco keeps their people which says volumes regarding the company itself!! Would recommend Telsco to anyone and everyone!!Answer from pro:

We have recently installed Telsco as our home security system and it was a great experience right from the start. The Telsco technician was very friendly, thorough, and obviously great at his job. He was also super helpful in showing us how to use the app and he updated our doorbell system, which had not been working. I accidentally tripped the alarm one day and Telsco was very prompt in contacting me to ensure everything was alright. They were fast to contact and went through verification checks. After a break in we were looking to install a security system. Friends of my sister in-law own a large commercial security company and recommended Telsco. Arranged for a consult then eventually the install. Everyone involved was very helpful, technician was prompt, on time and very helpful/informative. hello ive been dealing w/Telsco for 13mnths- its an estate home. Ive had NO issues w/re-programing keypad- from either the techs or the opr mgr.- Patti Jones. Their support was topknotch! We upgraded our system after 12 years with Telsco to wireless. We have always liked the idea of being with a local company. We were away from home and received a phone call from Telsco saying that the main floor sensor alarm was breached. They asked us if they should send a car around. I told them know, as we have neighbors that monitor our home when we are away. I called the neighbors and they responded noting it was a false alarm. When we got home, we called Telsco to see why this would happen. They said there could be many causes, but advised us that if we wished they could send a technician out to check out all the sensors to ensure they were working properly. We accepted this offer, thinking there would be a fee for this. A very polite technician came over and checked every sensor in the home to ensure it was functioning properly. They all were, and said it was an anomaly that this occurred. He also stated that if it happened again, they would come out and possibly replace the motion sensor. I really thought we were going to pay a service charge for this, as friends have told us that other Security Systems charge for service calls like this. We were informed that there was no charge. We are really happy with Telsco and would recommend them to anyone!Answer from pro:

Recently our home security camera was put out of commission when technicians from our internet providers were at our home to do an upgrade that they requested be done. Having not realized this was until we contacted Telsco when on holidays and could not access our camera to view our propertywhilewewereaway. Telsco came to assess this situation and it became apparent the other company was at fault. Thanks to our Telsco - Gordon - who spend considerable time talking tech lingo with them to resolve this for us!! Excellent company - highly recommend them.Answer from pro:
