I would not trust these guys in my house again - respond

A/C evap coil replacement I wasn't pleased with the service. He showed up late in the afternoon instead of mid morning as promised. He turned off my pilot light without asking, the welding that he did during the day set of the CO alarm in the house and I was up all night waiting for the inspector to show up. The part that was replaced seemed perfectly okay except for the cap tubes and those should have been easy to replace. He didn't want to explain any of his diagnostics and kept me out of the area where he was working due to "safety concerns. Also tried to sell me a brand new A/C unit and overcharged on diagnostics and didn't roll it into the repair cost when all was said and done. (diagnostics took all of 5 minutes and 40 minutes of him talking on his cell phone) when he was leaving he informed me about the pilot and recommended that I buy a new furnace, and get duct cleaning because it would increase "performance." Also I felt the swap was sloppy. The new coil was slightly bigger and they used aluminum foil tape to seal it up. Not sure if that's "wrong" per se but it looks like crap.

On the other hand the air conditioner IS working. I'm not sure that it's as good as new but it seems to be good enough for now.
