My company, Karlen-Elecom Ltd. (www.elecom.ca), has a home building division, but when it came to finding a high-end dream home for ourselves, we chose Design Innovations. Sean has a unique ability to design and lay out a house that in my opinion is one of the best. I have been in a lot of expensive homes that cost significantly more but do not come close to the quality of finishing and overall layout of these homes. We showed our house for about 6 months upon the completion and the comments of those that saw it showed that they were blown away by the build quality and design. I absolutely recommend Design Innovations. We would never consider building a high end home costing $1M + at Karlen Elecom without Sean being the designer.

My Husband and I recently built our dream home with Design Innovations Inc and we couldn't be happier. The Design Innovations team was very responsive and transparent with us in what was a very complex custom build. They were able to come in on time and on budget and have followed through on their commitments to us. We have built before with other builders and will only use Design Innovations from now on. We highly recommend them and do so every time someone asks us about our beautiful home

Design Innovations built us a beautiful home that we are very happy with. We found the staff competent and easy to deal with. The design and interior design process was excellent and the final product turned out beautiful.
