Nice customer service - respond

Lawn care Fabulous customer service for a change. This company called me on a Sunday night (wow, they work weekends too!) to warn me that they were planning on a fertilizer treatment and aeration the next day. I mentioned that I had just spread topsoil and grass seed over about half of my 1/3 acre property that day (which took 5 hours!) and if possible can we reschedule for one week later? They were happy to comply and when they showed up for the next appt they were SO sweet and sensitive to not trample the new grass. And to watch out for my 4 yr old who unfortunately was in the way,,,, I was so happy and grateful, it was wonderful. Thanks guys!
