Workers do not wear masks during the pandemic
The repairmen from Vicky's Appliance do not wear masks during the Stay-at-Home order. One wore a mask around his chin. They were working in a basement kitchen. When the tenant asked them to, they said "We are not in your area" despite the tenant being steps away.
The ' $10 cost' was put in so the add could be posted. The landlord paid an undisclosed amount.
