I feel compelled to share my profoundly disheartening experience with Rosehaven Homes, extending beyond construction quality issues. Their build are definition of cookie cutter houses, i can imagine they do not take pride in their products. The construction quality of their houses falls far below expectations, with corners seemingly cut in all aspects of the build. During inspections, it became apparent that the process was conducted with blinds on issues that should have been identified were overlooked. The involvement of numerous subcontractors seems to lead to a lack of coordination, resulting in a frustrating blame game when attempting to address concerns. There is no sound deadening in walls and roofs, contributing to a less-than-ideal living environment. Plumbing supplies appear to be of the lowest quality, and the homes are susceptible to cold drafts, making them uncomfortable and inefficient. When signing the closing package, be forewarned not to expect any services to function as expected. Shockingly, not a single utility service aligned with the forms I diligently signed and filled. This lack of coordination resulted in the termination of gas connections for the entire condominium, all due to unresolved pending bills. The distress caused by this situation, impacting numerous residents, is deeply unsettling. The lack of effective communication and coordination within Rosehaven Homes has created an atmosphere of frustration and inconvenience. I strongly advise anyone considering Rosehaven Homes to exercise extreme caution and thoroughly explore alternative options.

Very poor quality of build and construction. Impractical design and architecture, lack of amenities, use of cheap materials, cutting corners in all aspects of the build.

Homes on Gatesbury Court in Waterdown Ontario all built by Rosehaven Homes 20 years ago.. don’t purchase a home built by these hacks as they use the cheapest material and just don’t stand behind their homes. Come see homes on our street, look up close and see brick work falling apart/off (after only a few years up). After numerous calls to this company finally got a visit and they said they couldn’t do anything. Cost us $5000 to repair. That’s their answer for any and all complaints (see many similar reviews). Do yourself a favour and run from these guys!

We had an amazing experience when purchasing our home in dream fields from Rosehaven. Starting from their sales office Renata was very knowledgeable and professional, than in their decor centre Lee went out of his way to make sure we get all the finishes we wanted in our home and guided us to make the best selection choice. During closing Linda was amazing she pointed out the imperfections and made sure everything was fixed and to our liking. I highly recommend this builder

We are very happy in general about our newly purchased RoseHaven town house. Their after sell services are good too. Every time we are looking for help, they always make themselves available as soon as possible.

We bought a Rosehaven home in 2007, in a large Rosehaven development from the original owners who bought the house in 2003. We have had numerous problems over the years which has resulted in huge costs to us as homeowners. Our exterior balcony was sloped in to our house causing water to enter our home which we had to have redone completely to correct the sloping. The original owners paid for hardwood flooring upgrades and we have had to have them completely redone on both floors. The installers did not screw in the subfloor which lifted everywhere, they laid down plastic exterior vapour barriers on the sub floor instead of paper, and used short staples which barely held the floors down. When I contacted Rosehaven within the 7 year tarion insurance period I was told it wasn't structural and too bad for us. It is deplorable that a company who is building homes which should be of good quality and long lasting is providing a substandard quality build. I would never buy a Rosehaven home again as we've basically had to rebuild their shoddy home from scratch.

Bought our home Tiffany Hill Ancaster 5 years ago. Deficiencies completed after many emails and phone calls. Biggest complaint and concern ROOF!!! Months after warranty was up roof shingles started falling off roof. Have had roof repair twice. We need a new roof now. Two of my neighbors have replace their roofs and many more homes look like they will have to replace soon. Are there any other home owners in the area with the same concern and complaint.

The house inside unfinished....the carpet the rooms are unfinished...there s a whole on the floor...covered with carpet..the rooms no wall hangers..they said they will do it one week after closing..not done. The bath showers doors not installed properly.... Please next time will not buy from rose-heaven builders... They don't finish anything inside properly....

I Had anticipated my closing date with excitement. Now i wish this day never came…. i wish i never found Rosehaven... My closing Date was on Feb,3rd 2017 and honestly my home was in better condition 1 week earlier at the PDi, On closing i found the house to be a complete mess, showers are non functional, clogged drains, .and my floors have been ruined ! OMG its laughable. I think CITY TV and CFTO Need to come take a look at my mess. Im certain it will go viral. I ask Rosehaven's president to come view my home and take a look, As the magazine they just circulated with all the perfect pictures. Do not represent them in a honest light. I don't see my home in that magazine… its laughable, but i really feel like crying…. Depressed in Brampton.. What makes me angry Rosehaven Homes Customer service reps insists the grout is the correct colour, but you can't see it under the dirt, this upgraded Slate flooring was not sealed properly at time of instal. as they didn't cover or clean or seal the floor ( which is a must for slate ) the area after laying the floor, and Builders usually protect's the area with paper, this was not the case in my home so the flooring is badly damaged and instead of saying yes you are correct I'm asked to count 22 tiles as thats all there replacing ?? UPDATE: Shower Glass was installed in May, Lets not go there…

Horrendous quality and customer service. Worst decision of my life was to purchase from Rosehaven! It has put a tremendous stress on our marriage and almost ruined it! They will tell you in their brochures that " we are not be finished until the customer is totally satisfied" but to your face will say " We will never satisfy you". They do not repair defects properly. They only try to cover them up so they can get past the one year warranty leaving you on your own. They will make you hollow promises. They don't pay their trades well and it shows in the finished product. This comes directly from the mouths of the various trades themselves! Numerous homes have leaks and bird nests inside the attic because the flashing was never installed properly, one of the most important parts of the construction. This is inexcusable! Loud banging from furnace ducts as they expand and contract. Forget about sleeping at night!! Do not do any upgrades through the builder. They are very expensive and the quality is very poor, plus they will substitute and not install what you picked! Be prepared to be off work for months after the closing date to allow the builder access to your house for repairs! This is my 3rd new home purchase. In the first two, I only had to take a few days off to get all the repairs done. I never expected anywhere near perfection with a "Production Home" but this Roshehaven build is purely abysmal! Don't be fooled by how the houses look on the outside. Rosehaven is big on " Eye Candy" but terrible construction! To this day I have still not heard a single " We're sorry" from the builder. If you do buy a Rosehaven home or from any other builder it is imperative that you hire a home inspector before the year end to check many of these hidden expensive issues!
