Once again Link has left another happy customer. We had our annual service on the furnace and AC/HP completed professionally and timely by Gerret and Trevor yesterday. Great guys and courteous to deal with. Apologized for being a little late because of the previous job but while here got right to the work required and explained anything necessary. Also corrected the rattle noise that bothered me. Been with Link for several years and will continue to have them as our contractor for, heating, cooling and water .

Very impressed with our next day service appointment. Kyle diagnosed & repaired the heat pump. He was very professional, knowledgeable & courteous. We very much appreciated his instructions going forward. Kyle is a real credit to the Link Climate Care Team. Well done. Thank you!

Kyle from Link Climate Care came and repair my mother in laws geo thermal heat pump unit.. He trouble shot it and found a bad capacitor and replaced it. He then went through the complete cycling of the unit to make sure it was winter ready. Thanks very much for your thorough maintenance of the unit. John

Great service from tech Kyle who came and replaced a part on our AC unit which was under warranty he was professional, knowledgeable, took the time to explain and answer any questions we had hadn't our ac unit up and running in no time

We needed our Gas control Valve replaced. ( over $ 1,000)Our luck, it failed 8 month before the expiry of the warranty. Link contacted us to make arrangement of the part replacement. Today was the Service person Kim at our place and replaced the part. He did outstanding work. What a pleasant and hard working guy. Link is very lucky to have such outstanding personal. Had a huge geothermal system installed last year by Link, and everything has been great. Last Friday our hot water seemed much cooler and I attributed to the weather. Come Monday evening I became concerned. I called Tuesday and even though it was the coldest day of the year and they were very busy they sent Kim out this morning. Everything is working great now, and he checked the whole system while he was here, he even took the time to explain some questions I had about the system that I had not thought of at the time of installation. Best of all EVERYTHING was under warranty! Love this company, so glad I choose them after doing my research on all available companies for geothermal.

The flame function on my electric fireplace ceased functioning. I called Link Climate Care. Kim was here within hours and solved the problem quickly and efficiently. I appreciated the service and his friendly competence.
