“Before buying a vacuum I did a lot of reserach about brands and places to buy from. I found that buying a vacuum from a retail store such as [other companies] (while great stores) is the wrong place to buy a large appliance such as a vacuum. Vacuum companies tend to sell cheaper models through these big retail chains, and as a result, if a part breaks, the company may not be able to fix it or replace it, even if the item is under warranty! That's why vacuum and sewing machine stores are still around! And the Electrolux is the best vacuum you'll buy! Most individuals who own an Electrolux Aerus vacuum own it for life. The company stands behind its products and the products will last forever! I recently bought a re-furbished vacuum for less than you'll pay for a vacuum from a large retail store. The salesman even came to me! He showed me how the vacuum worked, although it is very simple, he was able to answer all my questions, and did so honestly! He was ccourteous and even gave me a deal on the vacuum as well as an extra long warranty! It's worth the money, and it's no more of a hassle, to purchase an Electrolux Aerus! And 50 years from now, when you're still using it while everyone else has bought and thrown away dozens of other vacuums, you'll be happy to own an Electrolux Aerus!”
