they were not thorough - respond

house cleaning they gave us a piece of paper that explained what they would clean. they sent two ladies over to clean our house and they looked like they were working hard, but once they left and i looked at the job they had done it was not very good. they had missed many places when dusting and did not clean the walls or the tiles very well. they also missed spider webs in corners and even the refrigerator. they also did not clean the oven. the job they did cleaning the windows was sub par and their vacuuming missed a lot of places. when confronted about this they said they did not have enough time to do it because they had to go pick up their children from day care and that they would do a better job next time. i would not recommend them.
