On my laptop, the screen was black and unresponsive. They indicated that the screen replacement could be $350 because it was a high definition screen. They called me back in the same day saying that he had good news and that my laptop was ready. He was able to repair a terminal and charged me $50. Thank you for being responsive, efficient and honest. Great guy running a great company! Thank you.

Michael is by far the best person you can hire should you need any work done on your computer either at home or at a business. He is very honest, polite and will listen to your concerns and address them very quickly. He knows computers inside out. I have hired him several times over the years for upgrades and when my computer crashed it was up and running in a very short time and all my files were saved. His prices are very reasonable. Luckily for me, I kept Michael’s number from HomeStars written down as I suspected that my computer was on its final way out. It was 2011 and Michael made the computer we decided was appropriate for my level and use. 2 years later, I heard a loud hum and thought I might have a fan belt problem. Although he could have rushed over and charged me for a service visit, he instructed me on how to take the PC apart for greater access to clean the fans and it worked. I was grateful for his honesty. This spring, it was evident that my ancient wireless router had been compromised and Michael gave me options to select from a variety of routers (and prices). He set it up and secured it beyond any possible compromise. I completely trust Michael’s technical expertise and his personal integrity. I have recommended him to friends and will offer my recommendation here.

needed a computer for a long time and found that the box stores had staff that were not always helpful and had limited selection unless you want HP--found Michael on homestars and he understood our needs and set up the new computer on schedule --he transfered all our documents and data--this went so smooth --we are not computer savy so working with an expert was great--highly reccommend his services for either buying new or servicing exisiting computers--

I had found the PC solution online at a fantastic Prelude Enthusiast site, and inquired about a purchase of a PC. He worked with me to figure out my needs and once done, came up with a very competitive quote. He delivered it to my house on my hours (after business hours), hung around to chat a bit, as he's a nice guy, and the transaction was so smooth, I recommended that my brotherinlaw bought another. Which he did. I would buy further product from Michael.

I have called Michael at The PC Solution several times, once to repair an older machine which he did, with short notice and with in house service with a smile. Michael knows what he does and he does it very well. Second time I called him was to upgrade that older machine to an new machine. Michael took the time to make me understand what all that MB and GB lingo was, his pricing was very good concidering it also included home delivery and set-up in the cost, he made everything run smoothly. transfered all my old documents from my old machine to the new one without even charging me. Michael is amazing.
