“We had a basement renovation which included a custom built fireplace, by masonridge construction erected in the corner. Steve sent us to a saw mill to find the perfect piece of rough saw 2 foot deep spruce lumber for use as a mantle which finished it so beautifully. The entire basement is gorgeous, but the fireplace absolutly takes the show. I love the work, i love the design and the stone. It has become our favorite room in the house.”

Offer financing, for more exposure.

Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?

Get a company who STRESSES the importance of a contract to you, not the other way around!, Be clear, communicate. Relax. If you have an anxious experience like ours was, relaxing is the hardest part.
