I had Modus do my complete townhouse kitchen renovation this summer (Aug-Sep 2021). I am very happy with the design and finished kitchen – it is exactly what I hoped for. My project Manager Kelli went above and beyond to take care of all the renovation details and communicate clearly and quickly, every step of the way. The renovation included extra work on my townhouse including a half-bath re-do, ceiling pot lights for the first level, new whole home baseboard heating system, and electrical work to relocate a Telus router and add Cat6 network lines. I was very impressed that Kelli/Modus was able to meet their planned timeline (6 weeks), especially during the pandemic with all the supply chain issues and trades shortages. Another thing I liked about Modus was the transparency in quoting and billing. There were no surprises at the final bill. It’s always a bit of a leap of faith when paying for renovations, but I very quickly felt I could trust Kelli and Modus. In future I would definitely try to do more research ahead of time, to be better informed when quick decisions need to be made. I would not hesitate to use Modus again for future renovations. A final note – 3 months after my renovation ended I contacted Modus about a back draft issue with my new hood fan. They quickly had someone out to my home and within 4 days it was fixed (thanks Geoff!). That’s great service.

We had the MOST professional, friendly, nice, caring, wonderful gentlemen install our new kitchen cabinets. They did a BEAUTIFUL JOB, their work was excellent, they saved us money where they could, they were super professional, quick, and turned my hole of a kitchen to the most beautiful room in my house. I would more than highly recommend this crew/company to everyone and anyone!!!! They are FANTASTIC!!!! Thanks to Kim, Randy, Curtis & Nick!!!! You did an absolutely AMAZING job!!! You’re THE BEST!!!!!!

well ...words fail Me! from the initial consult to the beautifully worded letter put on my community condo board to advise neighbours of reno ... I was treated professionally ,kept abreast of any changes and no question was looked upon as trite and trust me I was very anxious ! Ischan is an expert at organization !Boggie was expert in his profession and dealing with rude neighbours.I cannot remember other trades names but they are top notch ! The best compliment is return business and I will be calling for my bathroom reno......I sincerely hope that these accolades are directed to the appropriate people . Cheers and thanks, Cynthia

All staff were professional and pleasant, knowledgeable and reliable, from the receptionist to the demo crew. Work was done on schedule. Everything was done to a high standard. Incredible how quick and efficient everybody was. My project was caught up in the pandemic and Modus could not have been more accommodating and willing to get the job done. An remarkably pleasant experience!

The modus team showed up on schedule, the workers were very professional and friendly. The installers went above and beyond to ensure I was 100 percent satisfied with the end result. I never write reviews but in this case I was blown away and had to share my thanks. I could not be happier and would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants quality work completed by professional staff willing to go the extra 10 miles to make sure your pleased. Thank you again and I look forward to the next project using your company.

Modus gave us an estimate that was considerably less than any of the other contractors we called. They were very helpful in deciding what we could realistically do with our kitchen space. They did a very good (not perfect - there were a few minor delays) job of organizing all the sub-contractors. The job is professionally done and looks great. The final price was very close to the estimate. Anything that was not exactly as estimated was explained. We are very happy with our new kitchen.

Modus did a great job from design to demolition and finally installation. Their teams that did the actual work were fantastic. Kitchen renovations are stressful but they made it much easier. I would definitely recommend Modus to friends and colleagues. The Wheelers.
