Hired Jamie back in December to fix a chimney leak & install a firebox. We got 90% done & after leaving a few call & emails, I called again today to find out the number is no longer in service, the website has been taken down & they are nowhere to be found. There are damages that need to be repaired to my marble & the firebox installations still needs to be complete. For a company with that much experience, where did their pride go??

I was given a quote that was not lived up to, many of the items in the quote were not carried on, shoddy and incomplete work. Save you money, do not call James at Father and Son for chimney repair..

Beware he takes cash advances,and disappears,the phone number at the time was disconnected.we had him give us a estimate for a chimney repair paid him a deposit,And have nevertheless been able to get a hold of him since.

Incompetent: Jamie does not have or show the necessary skills to diagnose or repair long term or structural chimney repair successfully. He does however, clean a fireplace successfully. Also, he is the only employee which leads me to believe that at least some of the reviews on this site are fraudulent.

Very happy with the job done by Jamie and his guys. I have a 60+year old home and the chimney was in desperate need of a makeover..jamie came out and gave me a free estimate with multiple options to fit my budget . They were very professional and finished in less time than quoted...I've since had multiple compliments on the chimney and couldn't be happier...thanks Jamie you and your team are true professionals

Slight delay in arrival but service was fast, efficient and well done. He is knowledgeable and hard working. Have used for several years to clean my chinmey. Very happy with service.

Hired Jamie to sweep two fireplaces and perform a WETT Inspection. Great job, tidy, on time and all things quoted done in a professional manner and completed. He sokvedva smoking \ draft issue that's plagued us for over 10 years (and multiple chimney guys poor advise) . plus discovered a small roof leak abut to go big on us! Highly recommend! Our chimney had not been cleaned for many years. The employee arrived in the stated time frame, did an excellent job with no mess. He provided us with valuable information relating to our chimney that we were not aware of, and had not questioned him on. The price seemed reasonable for the time spent.

We had a problem which we suspected had to do with the chimney. James is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He came in, diagnosed the problem and provided solution options taking into consideration cost/best value for us. We are very glad to have James and his team as partners in improving our house. They were very accommodating and understanding of our needs, quick, efficient and respectful. Work ethics and attitude - exemplary! With no reservations will we call on Father & Son for any Chimney/Roof related work again.
