awning We had a retractible awning installed on back of our home. It was not installed properly and when a rain storm hit it broke the brackets and caused a significant amount of damage. When we contacted Stevens we were told that we needed to replace the awning, Not satisfied with the answer we went to Jann's Aluminum in Burlington and they solved our problem with a small cost and they also corrected the problems with the original installation. We were trying to support local business and it did not prove to be the best way to go!!!
Jann's Aluminum went "beyond the call of duty" and saved us a lot of money and did the job right!!
