Outstanding quality of materials and work. This was noted, not only by us, but by the various inspectors at each stage of construction. The construction site was carefully maintained every day to reduce our inconvenience and the final site condition was much more than we could have ever expected. I would have no hesitation in recommending Complete Home Construction for projects such as this.

Starting with very pleasant and helpful sales person Giancarlo and with an amazing, miracle worker Chad, I am very impressed and satisfy for all that work they did. Also, thankful to other companies was used, as Pride insulation company, worker John for their help and excellent job.
All around, very good experience, will recommend to any of my friend.

We expanded our living space with a beautifully designed and very well constructed sunroom addition. We didn't think this was possible as our lexis ting deck was 12' to 14' off the found as we have a walk out basement and had a lower deck at the basement level, as well as an upper deck off our living/kitchen area. It was a big job which required architectural engineering and needed to be able to withstand the height (the sunroom addition sits on top of a lower open deck), so we knew we needed to have the right skill set to complete this kind of job. The sunroom they built not only added extra living space, but can be used all year long - through all 4 seasons. It's a beautiful addition to our home, undoubtedly increased our home's value and we absolutely love it. They made the Reno very easy for us, we were well served and taken care of during the entire process...all were professional from beginning to end. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an addition, and their sunrooms are just beautiful! We love our new space.

My dream for having a sunroom added to my home has just been realized. From the initial consultation with Complete Home concept, I was impressed with the presentation. I instantly knew that I wanted my sunroom built by complete Home Concept.
Throughout the process with the City, acquiring a building permit and meeting bylaws requirements, I was kept abreast of the processes. I received encouragement and reassurance when I feared the project was not moving fast enough. All personnel at Complete Home Concept involved in my project gave great support, helping me to understand the process.
The contractor was friendly and worked most efficient. Work progressed quickly and before long I was enjoying my dreams. Fantastic!

Complete Home Concepts just finished our Sunroom this week and we just can’t get over how great it looks. We wanted to write about every person we dealt with because we just can’t believe the customer service we received and honestly wanted to show our gratitude. Thank you Mel and Mario from day one for earning our trust. Mel was very knowledgeable, had great ideas and true to his word. If he said he would call or email…he always did . Mario on our first conversation on the phone was very personable and his demeanor expressed a true sense of caring. This was one of the key factors in earning our confidence with this company. Being able to communicate every step of the way with Curtis was just as important to us. It reassured us that we were always on the same page, if we couldn’t figure it out on email, he made sure he called us to get it right. They’re willingness to please the customer, was unprecedented. When it came to drawings, variance and permit, Mal was not only there with answers, but between him and Curtis, they helped us understand the process. And of course the front line guy, Brad. Hardest worker we’ve ever seen, didn’t cut corners, and didn’t take the easy way, nothing but good workmanship. He also communicated every step of the way. Honorable mention goes to Jerry the flooring guy and the electricians for work well done. Let’s not kid ourselves, nothing ever goes perfect. We had a couple of minor issues and they were right on top of it. They exceeded our expectation 110%. We highly recommend and will definitely call them for our next project.

Put doors on backwards on one side; concrete is all over the sides. Complaint w/BBB & called the main boss. No help. They took my last payment, and did not finish the job. Finally got them here and they did.VERY sloppy job! I

We were extremely happy with the quality of the four season sunroom from Patio Enclosure. The installation was flawlessly done with care. It definitely meets and exceeded our expectations. Also, we have very positive experience working with everyone at Complete Home Concepts. Project was complicated by the city bylaw that requires a Minor Variance Application, but they have seamlessly navigated the process on our behalf. Complete Home Concepts are truly a professional team that is very good at what they do. Thank you!

We had a sun room built from Feb 2014 to April 2014 by Patio Enclosures Inc. We could not believe this type of project could have been executed during such cold weather conditions! We would highly recommend Patio Enclosures to anyone who is thinking of doing a project like this. They were a very professional group to deal with from first phone call to design, construction and finished product.
We are delightful with our finished room over looking the ravine. It has added extra living space which was needed and a focus point to our home.

I would highly recommend Patio Enclosures Inc/Complete Home Concepts Inc for any home addition project. They have done an excellent job adding a good size Sunroom (two steps down) by opening up the space in our breakfast area. Everyone at CHC have been very polite and helpful. Giancarlo did an excellent job explaining the product, the process as well as understanding our needs and worked very hard to get the right sketch in place until we were 100% satisfied. Thereafter Mal did the actual design- I was impress to see how well he designed the steps that it did not use the room space at all. Curtis has always been a great point of contact and very promptly would answer all my queries satisfactorily. The onsite construction was done by Chad with his assistant Donnie. Chad is an amazing person, excellent craftsmanship and has an eye for smallest detail. CHC has an excellent crew and the whole process was so much fun, and flawlessly passed on from one stage to another.
The end result is amazing ... a large Sunroom with a tall hip roof, long steps inside and outside. This room is a room we are going to enjoy for many years. Thank you.
