They replaced 1 patio door and 9 windows (2 solid, 2 awning and 5 casement). The windows are decent quality for the price and I appreciate that the company capped the garage door frame and window at no extra charge. Installation was completed in 1 day and on schedule.
There was a defect with the insulation inside the patio doors and eventually the manufacturer replaced the whole door.
My major disappointment would be the workmanship - the attached photos tell the story. When I mentioned to the installation crew that I didn't like the sloppy finish of the frames, I was told that: "it's not a big deal since they all need to be painted anyway".
I spent a lot of time sanding the frames to remove smeared foam and smooth out dents. I had to also apply caulking around the windows and patio door; some were caulked on 2 sides, others 3 but none were done all around.
I regret not taking photos immediately after installation to show the mess left behind. I found caulking inside sinks and stamped into wood floors by boots. It took a lot of time and much elbow grease to get caulking out of the hardwood floors. Like other reviewers noted - I too had to resort to using different phone numbers to get through. I recommend communicating via e-mail only.
