I am very happy with my extra parking space. It has actually improved the front of my house’s general appearance . Lotus did a great job advising me on what should be done, making sure it matched perfectly the previously work done by a previous contractor. I got a quote quickly, it was very reasonable. The work began shortly after i have agreed to what needed to be done and the projet was completed within 2 days. I strongly recommend Lotus. It is a great company. I will certainly use Lotus again.

We hired Lotus in addition to other companies that already have been working on the site.
The house was almost finished and ready for sale.
My wife and I liked very much that Lotus team was always on time, never missed a single day, worked really hard without any procrastination even in the hottest summer days.
The project was big and difficult, the material and equipment were expensive and required special attention . Lotus guys worked accurately and carefully, especially with installation of BBQ in outdoor kitchen. When staging company came for final touch, Alex and his team helped them to put outdoor furniture in the new outdoor kitchen.
We really impressed with quality of their job and glad that we used their service.

Lotus was the only company that stuck to what promised. I have discovered them last year, through Home Stars and called them for a quote. Alex came over, evaluated what needs to be done, sent a detailed quote that we could customize, like choosing different stones. I called them again last spring, as other 5 companies just came, offered a quote and nothing more. Alex came again, called the City Hall to see if the soil could be cut shorter, obtained permits etc. We decided to go with his team. He estimated the job to be done in one week and a half, but because we decided to go with armour stones, it took longer, as it was a really hard job to cut the stone. We are really happy with the end results, we have replaced the stairs and also the wood structure from the lawn. We will use their service for our backyard as well, as the communication was really good between us, Irina and Alex. They listened to our wishes and worked towards building what we were planning to have done. Thank you to the whole team, as we saw how hard job this was. Now we just have to do some landscape. Thank you again!

In less that a year, stones are already cracked, gaps between stones filled with a very bad quality polymeric sand. We had to remove all sand and replace it. The area for interlock was compacted poorly with vibro machine.
Initial quote was twice less than they actually charged after completing work.
Would never recommend this company.

Two side fences put up in the early Spring. Alex and the guys did a great job of taking down the old fence and putting up the new ones with the least amount of damage to the garden. The job was well done, efficiently built, and care was taken to respect our property. We would definitely hire them again when further work is needed.
The whole process from start to finish was great at our end. Thanks to Irene in the office for all the organization, and Alex and the crew for a positive experience on site.

I am extremely happy with the new fence. Alex and Irene were great to deal with. They responded to my emails very quickly and began the work immediately. The work was completed without any issues. I will definitely contact them again for other outdoor projects.
