Our old Boiler was giving us troubles in the last two years, after spending unneeded money on repairs, we contacted The Boiler Shoppe and their service was outstanding since the first time, they came out to our home, inspected the failing system, and very succinctly explained the different options and their costs available to us for replacement. They made their recommendation, after some deliberation, we decided to follow his advice, and the team came and installed the new system. We are very happy, and I absolutely would recommend The Boiler Shoppe to anyone.

When I needed to replace a broken HVAC system, I contacted several companies, including Ductless (via Boiler Shoppe). Unlike the other candidates (who were confused and tardy), the Boiler Shoppe staff were efficient and attentive, and made things easy for me. They installed 2 exterior condensers and 4 indoor wall units in a timely manner. I was pleased with their professional work. I would give them 5 stars but for two quibbles: One worker forgot to turn the gas back on, leaving us with no hot water until the next afternoon. Another stepped on my rug in his work boots, instead of alerting me so that I could roll it up out of the way. On a more positive note, I did find the workers respectful and
informative.

The room on the third floor wasn't getting enough heat, we contacted The Boiler Shoppe and they suggested a Ductless heat pump unit, Pat and the installers were amazing during the whole process, they answer all our questions and the new Mini Split unit works perfectly. The project was done quickly and tidily we recommend them.

I needed to replace my old ductless system and The Boiler Shoppe was the best option in price and quality service, Pat, the installers and office team, were diligent and always willing to answer all my questions. The full project took less than a week to request a quote and have the system install. I recommend them. Thank you.

I wasn't getting enough cooling at home during the summer season, after checking some vendors I found The Boiler Shoppe's team, they were the most knowledgeable, they gave me the right advice on where to relocate the new units to improve their performance, now I have cooling everywhere, and I can't wait to try the heat pumps during winter.

Our 2 1/2 story, 100+ year house runs on a hot water radiator system. We used the fan, opening windows at night, and blinding the windows by day method for over 40 years. It works, until the nights stay hot - increasing so these years. Ductless provided more than care, professionalism, speed, attention to detail, but also respect for our old house. We're running the units today - four heads cool the house beyond what we expected. I also choose them as they had insurance coverage for the installers - installers on ladders! Vey happy.

The guys from The Boiler Shoppe, arrived as scheduled, and worked very efficiently to replace my 23 year old air conditioner.
They wore masks the whole time, I hardly knew that they were in the house.
