James from Cedar Ridge Carpentry did an excellent job for us building a set of stairs and a new deck attached to the existing deck. We had to take down the builders deck and its stairs and James did lovely wrap around fleet of stairs. Along with that he built 20 X 10 deck which is identically matching to the existing deck we had. stairs were finished with nice glass panel railings. Fantastic job by James... and we were very happy with the finished product.

James completed our second story deck in July 2021. We are so happy with the finished product! His attention to detail is very evident. Our deck is 32x12, composite decking, aluminium railing with glass panels and a beautiful stair case with a wrap around landing. The work was completed timely in under 2 weeks. We can’t recommend James enough and our neighbours and friends/family still comment on how great the deck looks.

From design, to execution, to final product nothing but ultimate professionalism. Great price, excellent communication and careful attention to perfection. Each stair and deck board was perfectly mitered picture frame design with board-to-board skirting and finished with strong and sturdy installation of handrails.
