“I needed some pipes in our home fixed, as we had noticed there were leaks in the basement. We didn't want to have any water damage, so we were in a hurry to hire someone to fix it. Unfortunately, Winters was the only place in the area who could have a guy come out that day, and they charged us almost $1000 plus travel expenses, etc. Very pricey. ”
