“Carol was forthright and always there for us. She came and met with us several times. She answered our many questions. The meetings we had both in the house and at the showroom went well in making out house what we wanted. We couldn't have done it without her Thanks to Carol it came out great.”

Customer Service was great - respond
“We ordered our bed room set and planned to pick it up at the warehouse on a Saturday. The day was hectic and we arrived at the Warehouse in Avon 5 min before closing on a saturday. They were very accomodating and help us until all was settled causing them to be stay almost an hour past the store closing. It was refreshing to to see people so interested in customer satisfaction.”

“We purchased a new bed frame, their choice and price were excellent and the service was very helpful. We had mentioned that someday we wanted to upgrade from Full to Queen but currently didnt have the space. They were able to recommend a frame that could grow with the size of the bed!”

“I had recently painted my living room and decided to replace all my furniture in that room. I spent at least 45 minutes with a sales representative who helped me pick out furniture that I probably would never have chosen. Everything works well together in the room. The delivery was timely and very professional. I would definitely use them again”
