Great Store - respond
“We were looking for a new refrigerator. The salesman showed us all the models and explained the newest features. we found the right appliance and decided to buy the floor model. after we payed they moved it to the back room, so it would not get damaged. They delivered it two days later. We love our new refrigerator. ”

Hard To Find Part - respond
“Yale Electric has a great in stock supply of Jenn Air Parts. I searched Cape Cod to find a gridle for our Jenn Air cooktop and no one had it in stock. A quick phone call and a trip over the bridge, had us back in business. Yale was willing to even ship it to us for free! Yale is consumer friendly. ”

“The staff at Yale Electric are very knowledgable about the products they sell. For example, I did not see a style in stock and among a gazillion lighting choices in the catalogs, the staff pointed to the exact lighting fixture in minutes! For appliances, they always have the current reviews and do not necessarily point you to the high end models unless it is what you are looking for. Deliveries are always timely and Free to Cape Cod ...Yale is worth the drive over the bridge.”

“Trash compactor made by broan lasted 2 years. Manager was extremely rude to me and interferred in a sales thus losing commission for a sales associate. I will never recommend this store. The appliance was the 2nd purchased in 7 years and 2nd compactor was totally defective. ”

“I couldn't be happier with my Yale experience. The staff is amazing, not salesy at all, but really knowledgable and helpful. Their selection is great and their prices cannot be beat (I know, because I shopped around). The fresh baked cookies and other treats are a nice touch too!”
