Outstanding service from start to finish - respond
“We went to Jordan's Furniture to buy a bed. They have an entire "sleep center," and the sales clerks wear white lab coats like doctors. Our clerk asked us what we were looking for, explained the different types of bedding, and my wife and I decided to get two completely different beds (1 for each of us!) to meet our different sleeping needs. The clerk was able to help us find the right beds and a tempurpedic pillow, and explained 0% financing (which we accepted). Delivery was scheduled for 3 days later, and we received two automated calls the day before delivery. The delivery drivers actually came during the window of time when we were told they would (when does THAT ever happen?) and they were quick, careful with our carpet, and set everything up nicely. We could not have had a better bed-shopping experience.”

“We were just moving in to our apartment and had gone to several furniture stores. After searching for a few months and not agreeing we went to Jordans furniture. There sales people and delivery service was exceptional and we found exactly what we were looking for at a price we could afford. We were very satified with our experience. ”

“I went to Jordans Furniture with my boyfriend. We are moving in together in a few months when we get all the finantial stuff figured out. We went to look at sofas and matresses for our apartment together. The prices were great and definetly affordable even to me( I am 18 years old, i just graduated from high school). Knowing this, i know we will be able to move in happily and comfortably. ”

“My husband and I went here and killed the day. It was huge and we loved the showrooms. The prices wew reasonable and even after our table was delivered, they re-delivered another within a few days because it was chipped. We love our bed and dinning set.”

“Our family needed a couch and we went to Jordan's. Great fun. My parents were able to shop and I took the little brother to the iMax for a good time. What an easy way for parents to shop and keep the rest of the family entertained!”

Good Price, Not So Much On Quality - respond
“Matresses purchased, no problem. Sectional sofa with cotton fabric did not wear well. When asking the sales person about how it would wear, she told us it would hold up and last. We had two dogs and a son, we needed something strong. She wasn't too helpful. It was disappointing. Kid's furniture didn't last either. The first time my son slammed a drawer, the facing came off. I had heard that Jordan's were good about taking back ruined furniture but I didn't know that until our one year warranty had passed. Too bad we didn't know.”

Jordan Was Great Until The Delivery Guys Came - respond
“Product, choices and price were pretty great but the delivery guys were awful. The took one look at my stairs and said no, its not going to fit. I said alright I've got a back entrance too that would be easier. To my amazement they didn't want to a) consider or measure the back stairs b) attempt to bring it up those stairs. After some arguing I got them to measure the stairs and they still didn't think it would fit, I however did based on the measurements. More arguing and eventually I got them to try and what a surprise it fit with about 6 inches to spare!”

“WE went to a lot of different place and could not beat the price and quality of jordans furniture.When we brought the table home it had a deffect so jordans delivered a new table for free so we didnt have to go back to the store.”
