Pre-delivery home inspection On very short notice I need a home ispection done before taking delivery of a newly constructed home. Rob met me beforehand and took me through all the documentaiotn, what to expect from his role and the inspection process in general. He made a very nerve-racking first experience very comfortable by giving me all the information I needed to make an educated decision. Most helpful was his advice on what was out of scope of the inspection process and how to handle future maintenance of my new home.
