Late and Lame - respond
“Promised to deliver, but definately failed on all points. Started out well, nice people, but drawings took 8 months to get to the City for approvals (we were promised 2 months). City rejected plans (square footage was calculated wrong by Les) once for errors and had to start the process all over. Had to chase Les down for any status, many messages left and emails sent. Drawings finally passed, but our losses were extra mortgage payments on the lot + missed synergies with our builder that added up to thousands. Very frustrating experience that added stress to a once in a lifetime chance to build your own home. Would NEVER recommend this company. Liz was all nice in the beginning too, but when we reconsidered our design contract with her (after 8 months of waiting for her husband to produce our plans) Liz kept $750 of our deposit (even when contract had expired due to the lenght of time) saying we met when we didn't and that it cost her valuable time to return the emails that we sent looking for her husband! outrageous! Buyer beware! over- priced, under-delivered, over-promised company.”

“The project started out fine, but over time it became apparent that this company was having cash flow difficulties. Substandard contractors were used because regular suppliers would no longer provide service. The job was abandoned before final completion and multiple liens were placed on our property due to original subs not being payed. It took in excess of 6 months to resolve, with additional legal costs. At this same time, several other families had similar experiences. They were initially very pleasant people, but ultimately did not deliver for us ... it was a nightmare.”
