Warranty $%^& - respond

“We purchased our X-GO computer (Best Buy Home Brand) with a cd/dvd rw drive with plans to upload all of our vactaion and holiday videos and burn them onto dvd's. We were told to buy special software and a special cable to upload the video's. We went on a few more vacations and then went to do this just over a year later. Well the DVD burner never worked and now the warranty has expired. We never used it once so it must have been faulty from the start. In addtion one of the usb ports don't work. So the X-GO Computer sold to us was never properly test and we are out the money for features we can't use.”
