Bathroom Faucets - respond
“I needed to have two old faucets removed and new ones re-installed in my bathroom. I tried twice to take the old ones out myself without any luck. After a couple weeks of my wife harassing me to get them fixed I called Son Plumbing to complete the job. Matthew was not only on time but also completed the project quickly and professionally. He also fixed an additional plumbing issue I had with my outside showers beside my hot tub. I will definitely use them again.”

“I just purchased a house and needed some minor plumbing problems fixed. I called Son Plumbing based on the reviews on this site. I was really impressed with the service. I spoke with Matthew of Son Plumbing in the afternoon and he came by later that day. Matthew was very helpful in explaining my problems and very quick to fix everything. He did a great job and the price was really good. I will use Son again and would recommend them to anybody. ”

“Matt disconnected my sink, dishwasher, added a water line for my fridge, investigated and removed a dead pipe in a bulkhead and fixed the washers on my exterior taps. He worked efficiently doing all of the above in about 90 minutes! He even took the time to show me where my water connections are in the house as I had recently moved in. Very professional and pleasant to deal with.”

“We (thankfully) heard a leak this morning before we left for work... we called Matthew and he picked up right away and said that he could come today or this evening, whatever works for us. He was so flexible and responsive. I wanted to get it taken care of so I called him and arranged to meet him at home at 4 pm. He called when he said he would and arrived promptly and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. He is super friendly and professional. This guy is great and I will recommend him and only call him if ever we have a plumbing problem again.”

So freaking professional it blew our minds - respond
“Okay - get this for a plumber! I called Matthew on a Friday, we had some damaged pipes that was affecting our flow rate, not urgent but we wanted it fixed. I told him it wasn't urgent and we agreed he would come to look at it on Wednesday. He phoned Wednesday morning to let us know he was still make our agreed appointment, showed up right on time, surveyed the situation, gave us a quote and made an appointment for it to be repaired the next day. He told us he was having a mole removed in the morning but would come afterwards. We told him not to worry, to come on Friday but he insisted. He called us after his surgery and told us we were right, he was in a lot of pain would it be okay if came the next day, of course we said. He showed up the next day at the agreed upon time and did a super clean and quick job. We love our faster flowing water! As a follow-up I called him that night at 8 p.m., thinking I would leave a message. He answered and trouble shot my problem on the phone. Matthew is our only plumber we'll use now.”

“We had a leak with our main water shut off valve in the basement. After consulting with a number of plumbers who were unwilling to come on a long weekend and assess the situation, we called Matthew after seeing his reviews on this website. Within a couple of hours he was here and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. He gave us the cost upfront and was efficient, reasonable, timely, professional and very knowledgeable about the problem. We will always contact him for any future plumbing needs. ”

“Matthew installed two toilets in our home, and we were very impressed with his professional and efficient manner. He arrived at the time we arranged, finished the job in record time, and was very knowledgeable and friendly. After being let down so many times by contractors in the past, it was a refreshing change to encounter a plumber who took pride in his work and delivered exactly what he had promised. In addition, his rates were more than reasonable.”

“We recently had our basement concrete floor replaced and before the slab was poured we hired Matthew to replace our old clay drains and even rough in a basement 3 piece bathroom. Just as other reviewers state, he is friendly, knowledgeable and came on time, and his prices were very reasonable. Its great to know that we have a reliable plumber to call if the need arises.”
