Trevor & Kirk were AMAZING!
“After a major kitchen and tile renovation, I contacted 1-800-got-junk to assist us with removing the demolition pieces that consisted of tiles,cupboards, and an assortment of other material. Upon Kirk and Trevor's arrival, we were greeted with a professional and courteous attitude.Once the price was set,these gentlemen worked diligently to get the job done. They immediately sorted the loads of demolition into piles, and loaded them into the truck.They then proceeded to sweep and clean up the area once the job was completed. I applaud their efforts and thank 1800got junk for hiring such a wonderful team of individuals. I will definitely use this service again and will recommend them to everyone! Thanks again....Grace”

1-800-GOT-JUNK Mississauga was GREAT!
“We decided to clean out the basement--extra tv's, old dryer, a table, and some miscellaneous things... We called Got Junk and set up an appointment. Well, we received a call from Daniel 2 days before our appointment, letting us know the truck was in the area and if it was convenient for us, they could come by right away. I hesitated, because our stuff wasn't sorted from what we were keeping, but Daniel said No Problem, the guys were expert in "point and shoot"! Within the hour, 2 great guys showed up-- they were SUPER courteous, cheerful, respectful. Within minutes, they assesed the pile and gave me my estimate on price. Then they got to the job at hand, and within a half-hour, they took everything I wanted them to take, and my final price was right between the high and low of the estimate they gave me. I would totally recommend this service, it was exactly what we needed-- and I too asked "what happens to the stuff" and they do recycle whatever they can, whether it's a functional microwave or using the old dryer for it's scrap metal value. I felt really good about that! Thumbs up all around!”

“This spring I attended the Home show in Toronto and came across the 1-800-Got-Junk booth where I was greeted by two very informative young ladies. I explained that I would be moving and had a lot of things to get rid of such as old couches, tables, books... They proceeded to tell me that everything in good condition would either be donated or used to sell in their annual "Clutter Cures Cancer" Yard sale to help raise money for Breast Cancer research. I was extremely impressed by this. I booked a free estimate on the spot and 2 days later 2 workers showed up to assess my junk. Trevor gave me a price and it was very reasonable. He immediately got to work and in an hour and a half he had everything packed up and cleaned up. All I had to do was point out what to take, I didn't even have to gather it all up. He even went into the attic and the crawlspace. Overall this company is very professional and the workers are polite, well mannered and fast! I would recommend them to anyone. I even went to the Got Junk Yard sale and saw my couches there!! It was a great feeling knowing my junk was used for such a good cause! Thanks 1-800-Got-Junk!!! Keep up the great work! “I had a host of trades coming in and out of my house and the reno debris was piling up to the point where the tradespeople couldn't do their job. I called 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in the morning and they had a truck at my door that afternoon. They worked around the tradespeople and had all the debris out in less than an hour! The guys were efficient and professional and saved me not only from a lot of work, but from a huge headache as well! Thank you 1-800-GOT-JUNK? !!”

“I have had a fair amount of old firewood stockpiled in my garage for numerous years that absolutely had to go! I booked an appointment with 1-800-Got Junk? online the day before I was able to be home for the gentlemen to come and take my wood away. I received a courtesy call 1/2 an hour before they arrived to confirm my appointment. Ed was very polite on the phone and even more polite in person....so was Eric. The job was done quickly and efficiently. The corners of my garage have never looked so good. They even swept up the area where the pile was before they took it away, how nice! Thank you 1-800-got junk? !!!”

Finally gone
“1 800 got junk was great. I had a freezer and sofa bed that were taking up space and I didn't know how I was going to get them out. I saw a truck one day, called and set up an appointment. The truck came, gave me an estimate and once I agreed the freezer and sofa bed were out pretty quickly. The men were very polite and professional. I would use the service again if needed.”

Moving surprise
“I was moving out of my house and the closing date came up fast so I called 1-800-got junk. I got the guys to come over on the same day. They took all the garbage I had in my basement that the old tenants left behind. They were fast, efficient, and got the job done. They were polite and friendly and in turn made my move a lot smoother. I would definately recommend this service to all my friends”

“I called 1-800-GOT-JUNK when I was renovating my basement. The men that showed up were very pleasant and they were able to remove everything. I didn't think they would be able to remove some of the big stuff because the hallway is narrow, but they did it. I was very happy with the service and I would definitely call them again if I ever needed to get rid of anything.”

Friendly Fast Service
“After moving into a new place in Mississauga I found it time to do some spring cleaning before the big rush. When thinking about who to call 1800Gotjunk immediately came to mind. Having never used this service before, only hearing of them though their great reputation I decided to give them a call. To my surprise there they were calling me on the phone to tell me they were on their way and would be there in half an hour. After the guys showed up and introduced themselves I showed them the pile of junk in my garage then offered to pick them up a coffee from around the corner. When I returned no more than 15 minutes later the guys were done the job, had the receipt ready, and finished putting the tarp on the truck. These guys demonstrated every important aspect in customer service and I look forward to seeing Eric and Trevor for my next call to 1800GotJunk. Rob ”
