Temurpedic adjustable king bed Saw similar prod elsewhere at much better price. Sales lady went out of her way to get competitor price and then offered similar pricing. Initially, she was friendly but seemed to get irate when we did not commit to purchase immidiately

my horrow story with sears. - respond
bedding purchase a boxspring and mattress, toke the sales rep. 30 min to write up the bill. Delivery arrived, however it was not put in the bed frame. Try to phone sears central and was on hold for 60 min. Had to go back into the store next day and wait for 60 min before I was assured that someone would come and put the bed in the frame. Then when unwrapping the mattress there was a big hole in it.Back to the store, waited again.This is not sears what I was used to.II gave them a second change after six years ago they lost my three appliance and could not find them. Had to use the microwave for a long time.Then they gave me a loaner stove and refused to pick it up.No More Sears for me.
