kylemore is the worst builder - respond

“we bought a home from kylemore in jan,2006 and closed the house in feb.2007.It has been a nightmare for us rather than a dream come true.This company didn't give us any customer service except that the customer service manager is fairly polite,but he also doesn't reply to calls and e-mails very quickly. We had a problem with our tub when we closed the house and wanted to speak to them(Kylemore) but nobody returned our calls until we e-mail them with the attention to our lawyer and Tarion and also the home builder's assn. of Canada.We had to go through all that to be heard.Also,we feel that Kylemore build our house in a hurry and the price that we paid,we shouldn't have a house that is leaking from the ceiling in 9 months time,worst thing is that they take forever to fix things for us and sometimes they don't even reply to us for a LONG time. ”
