“Sammy and his team renovated our TV room - installed pot lights, crown molding and hung a flat screen television etc. He also successfully repaired some extensive water damage and painted and decorated throughout. We found him to be extremely professional, personable and hardworking. My wife and I are very happy with the room and constantly receive compliments on it from friends and relatives. We will most definitely use Sammy for our future projects.”

“Samy did a few projects (renovating the office with new ceiling, potlights + electrical work, drywall; rebuilding of the front porch; removing an old fireplace in the living room; rebuilding the plumbing + tub in the laundry room) for me over the past year or so, and I will certainly continue to use his services. I live in an old house, and it took me a long time and a few mistakes to finally find someone who is reliable and takes pride in doing quality work. ”

“Recently bought new Condo, and did the upgrades myself, as friends suggested. Spoke to few contractors and was pleased with Smarthome_handyman professional attitude and knowledge. I had laminate flooring installed ,Standard doors to French doors,Complete change of kitchen, from pot lighting in new drop ceiling, to kitchen sink as well as, new fixtures in sink and bathroom. He also installed pot lights, through out the condo for bright as well cozy look. I do recommend Samy to my friends without hesitation, to anyone else, seeking honest and good value projects. “We would highly recommend SmartHome Handyman to anyone. Very professional work done on the basement and painting throughout the entire house. Also very trusting as we gave them our house keys to complete when we were at work. I can honestly say that there was absolutely nothing missing from the house. Also, they suggested lots of creative ideas for the basement such as crown moulding which looks great, pot lighting makes the ceiling look high and a nice cozy bedroom.
