“Hired to undertake an renovation of the inside of my home, under contract, they broke personal household items and refused to fix, used Class D lumber that should only be used for pallets, spent hours on breaks and smoked on job even though there were strict and written instructions not to do so. They brought in unqualified electricians and plumbers and did not even know how to properly build or insulate walls and windows. After first inspection by City failed, they were fired and not paid. They now "sell" their services as quality estate home builders, but I would avoid them. They are scond generation of really good builders but are third rate at best. Watch out, thy also won't give you a Terion warranty even though they are required to do so and will try to double bill you. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!”
