We called Andrea as soon as we moved into our condo in Fall 2022. She asked real questions, listened to our answers carefully and learned about our taste and preferences. She clearly got us; Andrea developed detailed plans, and spent plenty of time reviewing these plans with us. Her trades people were definitely the A team (especially Junior her millwright and carpenter). She and Junior designed (and Junior built and installed) beautiful kitchen cabinets that matched the existing design perfectly, redesigned and built out the spare bedroom/office, and repurposed our master closets and designed and installed a terrific built in storage unit. She guided us in the selection of paint colours, furniture placement, decor and carpet layout and managed us through installation. Andrea was on top of everything and in regular communication with us. There were no surprises in the billings which were clear, straightforward and professionally handled. In the middle of the night, of course, in winter, of course, the furnace quit. We call AirWorks from the Yellow Pages because they were avail 24 hours a day. Chris came out, diagnosed the problem correctly but didn't have the required part for our particular furnace in his truck. He went to the warehouse at 2 a.m. and got the part, came back and fixed the furnace. It was expensive, a $700 call, but since that time, for maintenance calls on the air condition and furnace and gas fireplaces, the fee is $110. They don't find problems that don't exist, they don't try to sell a new furnace."
