Imran was extremely quick responding to calls and addressing issues promptly. He was thorough with his inspection and reasonable to provide options that work with your needs. He is very patient and friendly to deal with. I would feel comfortable with his service and would recommend him for dealing with pest problems.

Pattern Lock did an exceptional job with our front porch, backyard, and changed our grass. They designed a style that exceeded our expectations and they worked their pricing to be reasonable to our needs. It looks beautiful and we get compliments all the time. Their service is stellar, after <2 years, they kept their promise on their warranty to do a good job fixing up some of the interlocking. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.

We were extremely happy with Tarek's friendly service and the beautiful job he did on the handrails for our front porch. He offered helpful recommendations based on our needs and really catered to what we wanted. The design of the handrails were exquisite and really exceeded our expectations. Price was very reasonable. Because we wanted the handrails done quickly, Tarek tried to accomodate us and finished the job sooner than anticipated. I am glad I found this company through Homestars and would recommend others of Tarek's service as well.

Based on fellow reviewers, decided to call Joel for an evaluation on water that was retained in our basement installation and backyard. Overall, fantastic service. Was prompt in contacting us back, very thorough in identifying potential causes/problems, knowledgeable and professional, and very friendly. I would definitely recommend his service to others.
