Troy came over promptly, as scheduled. After doing a discovery he removed the rodents and proceeded to make sure the outside chimney entrance was sealed properly going forward. This was exceptional service, he explained the process and work, all the way to a successful ending in a timely fashion. I would strongly recommend to anyone in my network
