Sina arrived around 9pm on the coolest night of the year in a snowstorm because I had no heat. He showed up about 45 mins after my initial call. He was incredibly kind, polite and personable. He assessed my very old furnace, determined the cause and a quick repair. I was so relieved that I didn't need a whole new unit. He was honest, reliable and did a fabulous job cleaning up. This is the kind of person you want for a job like this. I highly recommend Local Heating and Cooling. I will will recommend this company to friends and family and definitely use them again.
