This company doesnt listen to their customers! I repeatedly told them not to do the aeration on my lawn but they did it anyway saying I signed up for it. The girl I talked to on the phone wouldnt even let me talk, she just kept repeating herself. I was with this company for 38 yr. But I guess that means nothing to them. The girl basically told me to cancel my account so I did. Any other company with half a brain would have listened to me and given me back the money for the aeriation of $133 that I repeatedly told them I didnt want! Not a good way to do business.

Approximate cost of services:
$300.00

Company Response

Hi Wendy, thank you for taking the time to give us a review. As you know, we always send out a Prepay Offer letter outlining what you had the year before. We do this well in advance to give you the option to opt out of any services that you no longer require. You were sent one on December 5 and another on January 31. You responded on January 31, agreeing to your account being activated and that you "wanted the pay as you go option."
In addition, we always call prior to servicing your lawn and did call you on April 26, three days before you received the aeration treatment to alert you that we were coming out. You did not respond otherwise.
After receiving the treatment on April 29, you were disputing that you did not authorize this service. We were explaining to you that you have been receiving the same services, including the aeration, for the past four years, and that if you had taken a look at the Prepay Letter offer, you would have seen the services that you agreed to for 2024.
It is really unfortunate that you have a misunderstanding of the services you authorized, and decided not to continue with us for this season. It would have been good if you had taken a look at the Prepay Letter. We would not be where we are today.
You have indeed been loyal to Green Blade for many years. We do appreciate you and your business and did not want to part ways like this. That is why we called back, but you refused to take our call. We really do want to continue to work with you and hope that we can, going forward.

Take care Wendy. We wish you well.
